1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tag4d website accessible at https://tag4d.bio and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any natural person who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise accesses or uses the Platform's services.
• "Company" / "We" / "Us" / "tag4d" means the operator of the tag4d Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or match bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Real Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using approved payment methods, which are separate from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds (or winnings derived from Bonus Funds) become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Company before processing withdrawals or upon request.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity described in Section 10 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
• You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 below.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the tag4d Platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and closed. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be void and forfeited. Any deposits made by an underage Player will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, less any applicable processing fees charged by third-party payment providers.

3.2 Residency

tag4d is operated for and targeted at players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are currently a resident of Indonesia. Players residing outside Indonesia may access the Platform but do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. tag4d accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.

3.3 Single Account

Each Player is entitled to register and maintain one Account only. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.

3.4 Exclusions

The following persons are not eligible to open or hold a tag4d Account: employees, contractors, directors, or agents of the Company; immediate family members of such persons; and any person who has been self-excluded from the Platform or placed on a permanent exclusion list.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of tag4d services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid Indonesian mobile number.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information associated with your Account. Should any of your details change, you must update your Account information promptly by contacting our support team at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tag4d will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately. tag4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

tag4d is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to:

• Before processing a withdrawal request above Rp 500.000.
• When cumulative withdrawals exceed Rp 5.000.000 within a calendar month.
• When the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that Account details are inaccurate or fraudulent.
• As part of routine compliance checks.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a valid Indonesian passport, or a valid Indonesian driving licence. Proof of address may also be required (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months and showing your registered address).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of a request will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. Persistent failure to comply may result in Account closure. tag4d will handle all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Approved Payment Methods

tag4d supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tag4d does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

6.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though the Company reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within two to five minutes of successful transfer confirmation. tag4d charges no fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which tag4d accepts no responsibility.

6.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of four minutes during operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window. tag4d charges no fees on withdrawals. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. tag4d reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant Accounts. Players will be notified via email prior to any fee being applied. The Account will never be reduced below a zero balance as a result of dormancy fees.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the tag4d Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In all cases, the following general principles apply:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the terms of that offer expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant offer terms.
• tag4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Funds and will be used after Real Funds are depleted during wagering, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, a Rp 100.000 welcome bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements; typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sportsbook bets contribute 20–50%. Refer to the specific promotion page for the applicable contribution rates.

7.3 Abuse of Promotions

tag4d employs automated and manual systems to detect abuse of promotional offers. Actions considered abusive include: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times; using a bonus with low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements rather than to engage in genuine play; and coordinating with other Players to exploit a promotional mechanic. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses cancelled, and the Company may withhold winnings derived from such activity pending investigation.

8 Gameplay Rules

The specific rules governing each game category on the tag4d Platform — including slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), sportsbook, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — are published within the relevant game or section of the Platform. These specific rules form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule will prevail in relation to that game only.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealers operating under fair play protocols. tag4d does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, all affected bets will be void and stakes returned to the Player's balance. The Company's decision on matters relating to game malfunctions is final.

For sportsbook markets, bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. tag4d reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed for longer than 24 hours, or where a clear pricing error has occurred.

9 Responsible Gaming

tag4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Players are encouraged to set personal limits on deposits, wagers, losses, and session duration from within their Account settings. The following tools are available to all Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can lose.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that you not be contacted with marketing materials. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the tag4d Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balance may be withheld pending investigation:

1. Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using any other identity.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
3. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
4. Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
6. Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
7. Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the Platform.
8. Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by the Platform.
9. Using VPN, proxy, or anonymising services to disguise your geographical location or to circumvent Platform restrictions.
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the tag4d support team or other Players in any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the tag4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of the Platform for public or commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the Company.

The tag4d name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any trademark displayed on the Platform.

12 Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted partners strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform, processing payments, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tag4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided shall not exceed the balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

tag4d shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interrupted or unavailable internet connectivity on the Player's side.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labour disputes, or pandemics.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tag4d makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14 Termination

14.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance (after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14.2 Termination by the Company

tag4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct, provided false information, or where the Company is required to do so to comply with applicable law or the instructions of a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In cases of Account closure due to Prohibited Conduct, the Company may withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation and resolution.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

15 Amendments

tag4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. The revised Terms will also be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. The Company operates under an internationally issued gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction in which it is incorporated.

Any dispute between a Player and the Company that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process (see Section 17) shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally complex environment in Indonesia. tag4d does not represent that the use of its Platform is lawful in all Indonesian jurisdictions. Players are responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in their specific locality before using the Platform.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to arbitration as described in Section 16.
